6/3

We had a really nice birthday celebration Sunday.  Lucy got to visit the Long Beach Aquarium and Bing bowled at Gameworks…  I have to tell you, Gameworks bowling alley pretty much sucks, we had to change lanes after the bumpers wouldn’t work for Bing and then the new lane wouldn’t set the pins correctly, 2 or 3 fell each time. Bing didn’t care though, so all was good.

I can’t believe my babies are 6 and 3 years old, it seems like yesterday I was bathing them in the sink and changing their size “nb” diapers.  I do love that their little personalities are forming, both very unique and creative.  Bing has a great way of seeing things, he insists that a photo my sister has on her wall at home of a whale is a P.T. Cruiser… There is a montage of four photos, three out of the four he will identify as whales, but to him one is a P.T. Cruiser.  Lucy draws such amazing artwork…  My apartment is like a mini-Getty museum, well if the Getty only displayed crayon on paper works in a 300 square foot space.

Every year I bake the kids birthday cakes of their favorite things, this year it was bowling and sharks.  The bowling ball cake turned out good (although Bing said it looked like a pig), but the shark cake kind of sucked.  Hopefully next year Lucy will be into an easier cake subject.

I saw Ronnie James Dio at a Brittany Foundation fund raiser this weekend… I thought it was really cool of him to donate his time.

It was really cute, when Bing and Lucy arrived her Sunday morning, Lucy dropped her stuffed animal and it got a tad dirty, she asked me to wash it.  I explained that my washing machine was broken and Bing chimed in with “I’ll fix it with my tools.”  As soon as we walked in the door Bing grabbed his Handy Manny Toolbox and got to work… Still broken but Bing gave it his all.

Isn’t a “doomsday cult’s” future supposed to be uncertain?  No wonder Stretch likes her.  Sex toy study.  See, college kids do more than just drink.  Still sickened by this story.  Guns and grenades.  Swift mocks West, well kind of.  Quick, bring her to Sun-Land.  Well, this is sad.

Rock On, Jack
